After a crazy busy few weeks, I'm finally back to the blog. School has ended for my two children and summer has begun. Memorial Day was spent in Washington, DC with my family. What a wonderful experience! Summer is full of swimming, baseball, camp, with a few lazy days for the kids to play with neighbor friends.

And of course, summer would not be complete without fall previews and preorders. So, back to business!

Spring Has Sprung at MyLilDarlings Boutique!

We are starting to see a few New arrivals from Little Maven by Tori Spelling and our boys line Charlie Rocket.

The Little Maven Palm Springs line looks fabulous with bright blues and pinks. This line is perfect for mathcing little brothers and sisters.

Made in the USA, Charlie Rocket Tees are known for their quality knit and unique designs for little boys.

Preorders are now available for several brands.

Wati Design is available in sizes 4-12 and are now offering odd sizes as well. The saturated colors and a whimsical lightweight fabric are perfect for summer! It should be in stock by January 31, 2010.

Jean Bourget is available for girls and boys with a nice selection in infant through older girls sizes. It features stunning green/blue florals, Navy, and gray/ivory/pink combinations. Deliveries begin in early February through the end of March.

Kenzo is new to MyLilDarlings Boutique this season. It is available for girls and boys with a nice selection in infant through older girls sizes. Designed in France, Kenzo features amazing floral prints and stunning designs. Deliveries begin in early February through the end of March.

Room Seven is known for it's variety of dresses and beautiful florals. It continues take our breath away! It is available for girls and boys with a nice selection in infant through older girls sizes. Delivery is late February.

Deux Par Deux continues it's world travels with it's Cape Cod inspired designs. The sizing ranges from infant to older girl. Deliveries begin in early February through the end of March.

I feel like I just finished up sending out Spring Preorders and now it's time to list Fall. It's kind of crazy when you think about it. The kids just finished their last day of school and we just starting our summer vacation. It will be filled with baseball, swimming, trips to the zoo and the park. And lots and lots of driving around. Nevertheless, at MyLilDarlings Boutique, we're looking forward to the road ahead while keeping an eye in the rear view mirror.

We've just put up our Misha Lulu Fall Preorders. The collections are Misha Land, Misha & Friends, La Dolce Vita (The Sweet Life), and Magical Circus (Holiday line).

The store's been hoppin' and we've been getting a lot of product in. Between new products, fall sales, and orders for Fall 2009, I guess I've gotten behind on the blog!

So, I'm just writing to say that we're still out here and I wanted to share about all the wonderful clothing that's coming in! It's overwelming and so much fun to look at.

Room Seven

As always, the saffran patchwork skirts are gorgeous. They're light weight but solid.

This is the Tila Shirt with Soeka Skirt. The embroidery is exquisite. All of our Room Seven is now in stock.

Misha Lulu

We have received the Prairie lines and Sunny Day lines.

This afternoon dress from the Prairie Misha line has wonderful earth tones and all natural muslin type cotton.

This is the Sunny Day Elephantino Dress paired with a coordinating t-shirt and the pink Sunny Day Leggings. The dress has almost a muslin feel to it with Elephant applique's and screen prints.

Wati Design

Wati has wonderful peasant dresses and lightweight summer cottons. The colors are wonderful.

The blue green floral Talia Dress has a nice lavender trim that complements the blue, yellows and greens in the print.

The orange dot top has orange and grey dots that are complemented well with the blue gaucho pants. It isn't a matchy matchy set but the combination does work well together.

Ah... this brand just takes your breath away!

The beauty speaks for itself.

This Solene dress is stunning! The bodice is a jersey knit and the skirt is cotton woven with lots of tulle underneath to guarantee a nice full skirt! The attention to detail is second to none!

Not here at MyLilDarlings Boutique! I wanted to jump ahead a few months and let you know about the new brands will be adding in Spring 2009 to MyLilDarlings Boutique.

We will continue to carry Art & Soul, Chatti Patti, Coco BonBons, Deux Par Deux, Flirt Couture, Lil' Darlings, Misha Lulu, Oopsy Daisy Baby, and Room Seven. New lines coming for spring are Jottum, Catimini, Wati Designs, and Tralala.

Jottum! is a cry of excitement.And also the imaginative brand of clothing made in Edam, Netherlands. It owes its fame to Dutch quality and boundless originality.

Catimini is a French brand name and very well know for their funky upbeat color combinations and styles.

Wati Designs is a little eclectic and exotic. Vibrant colors and soft comfortable fabrics.

TraLaLa has very classical and whimsical styles. Their limited edition fabric prints are made from 100% top quality soft combed cotton.

Room Seven was started in 1994 by Brechtje Olsthoorn, the daughter of the founders of Dutch Childrens Brand, Oilily. It originally started as a bedding and accessories collection but a childrens line was eventually added. A colourful mix of checks and prints creates the typical Room Seven look. MyLilDarlings Boutique is excited to carry it.

Wow! It's been a busy month. I've been working hard to get my new website up and running.
I finally went live 2 days ago! YEAH! It takes a few days to get my domain name http://www.mylildarlingsboutique.com/ totally propagated to the new site. Hopefully, by tomorrow, it should work for everyone.

I hope you all like the new site. It's sort of a work in progress. And if there's something you like or something you don't, let me know. I'll see what I can do to change it.

Are you a Chatti Patti?

For those of you who are the chit chatty type, I thought I'd mention Chatti Patti! Chatti Patti has been around for a few years, and has built up quite a following. The clothing is cute, comfortable and is quality made.

One of my favorites for Fall 2008 is from the Cutie Pie line! The Owl is embroidered and so adorable.

This polka dot dress is also from the Cutie Pie line and has great twirl factor. Don't forget the matching socks!

I'm lovin' the pink polka dots with floral combination from the Full Bloom line.

And two other pants I wanted to mention. The light pink corduroy pants are from the fancy pants line and the brown corduroy pants are from the Cutie Pie line. These pants are great because they're a wonderful basic that will match with all kinds of tops or even under dresses!

Back to school!

Yep...it's that time of year again. The kids have gone back to school! It's nice to have the quiet house to concentrate on the business, but I miss them (for a moment).

So onto business! I've got a ton of new product in stock now. Deux par Deux came in last week. I hope to have better pics of that up soon, but it is SO adorable. I'm lovin' the Chatti Patti too, and it's really starting to move. I placed a second order to replenish some sold out sizes. Hopefully it will be here in the next few days.

Which brings me to Art & Soul by Bercot. Art & Soul is debuting this fall and I'm really excited to carry it. It's designed by Kristine Bercot. She has produced quality childrens clothing for many years for both herself under her Bercot Childrenswear label and for other designers. And all of it is proudly made in the USA!

Here's some of her designs.

These are from her Miss Nola line. It's sort of a New Orleans inspired line. If you're a fan of pink and black, this is for you!

This is her East Meets East - the Asian Inspired line.

The black polkadot in the top and pants are knit. The pants are very comfy and match all kinds of things. They work well with the Miss Nola line too!

And lastly - The Pinkadilly line. The hot pink print fabric is a fine wale corduroy. This print is my favorite! The black baby doll top is a thicker knit fabric. Great for winter!

And the bows! The pink bow on the top and the black bow on the hat are pinned on. So they're easy to remove for washing. They can be moved around, swapped between the hat and the shirt, or just removed altogether. It makes the shirt a wonderful basic to wear with a lot of different bottoms. The rhinestone button is vintage!

The bows were contracted by Bercot to Simply Bowdacious. She makes AMAZING bows - check her out!

I didn't expect it would take a month before I reposted, but I just wanted to give you some updates.
